Make a real difference in the lives of youth! Plummer’s Community Treatment Residential Program is seeking compassionate Residential Counselors to join our team. In this role, you’ll supervise and engage residents, support their treatment goals, and help create a safe, nurturing environment. Available shifts are Friday through Sunday, 3pm-11pm.

What You’ll Do:
- Provide direct supervision and guidance for residents
- Engage youth through the Collaborative Problem Solving (CPS) Model and Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI)
- Support daily life skills, meals, chores, transportation, and activities
- Document progress and communicate with the treatment team
- Attend trainings, meetings, and professional development opportunities
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills
- Professional boundaries and sound judgment
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, experience with youth a plus
Requirements:
- Valid Massachusetts driver’s license and acceptable driving history
- Ability to ascend/descend stairs, bend, reach, and lift up to 75 pounds
- Visual and hearing acuity to perform essential job functions

Compensation: $20.90 - $23.89 per hour
