Make a real difference in the lives of youth! Plummer’s Youth and Young Adult Group Residence Program is seeking a compassionate and motivated Shift Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you’ll support daily program operations, supervise Residential Counselors, and help create a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment where youth can thrive.
Available shifts:
- Sunday through Thursday 3pm-11pm

What You’ll Do
- Oversee and direct daily shift operations for the CTR Program
- Provide supervision, coaching, and support to Residential Counselors
- Ensure staffing ratios are met and youth are safe, supervised, and engaged
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and structured program environment
- Model and reinforce effective use of CPS and TCI
- Engage directly with residents using trauma-informed practices
- Ensure completion of required documentation, including logs, progress notes, and incident reports
- Enter accurate progress notes for direct interventions
- Ensure medications are administered and documented in compliance with MAP and agency procedures
- Assist with intakes and discharges as assigned
- Monitor program funds including petty cash and activity money
- Participate in a rotating 24/7/365 emergency on-call schedule
- Attend required meetings, trainings, and leadership sessions
- Assist with onboarding and training new staff

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a human services field (preferred)
- Experience working in a residential program
- Current MAP Certification (required)
- Strong verbal, written, and computer skills
- Ability to work independently and support others effectively
- Ability to manage the therapeutic milieu, including working shifts if needed
Requirements
- Valid Massachusetts driver’s license and acceptable driving history
- Ability to ascend/descend stairs and meet physical demands of a residential setting
- Visual and hearing acuity to perform essential job functions

Compensation: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
